Impression of Trees in Water

Last November, I took a trip to Erhai Lake. Cycling along the Haixi Ecological Corridor, I stopped whenever something caught my eye and pressed the shutter. Though the breeze and light rain made it a bit chilly, the sense of fulfillment was warm.

The trees by Erhai Lake are incredibly picturesque—some standing on the shore, others in the water, alone or in clusters, their reflections rippling on the mirror-like surface.

Now, months later, I’ve revisited the memories of that day—the wind, the rain, the ripples, the reflections, the autumn hues, and the tranquility—and finally processed these photos of the trees in the water.
